1. About Investivo

Investivo is a property investment calculation and modelling tool operated by Investivo Pty Ltd (ABN to be inserted) ("we", "us", "our"). By using this platform you agree to these Terms.

2. Not Financial Advice

Investivo does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). Nothing on this platform constitutes financial product advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice of any kind.

All outputs are modelled estimates based solely on the assumptions and data you enter. They are not guarantees, predictions, or representations of future performance. Always consult a licensed financial adviser, accountant, or solicitor before making any investment decision.

3. Calculator Limitations

Projections depend entirely on your inputs. Investivo does not verify the accuracy of inputs. Tax rates, stamp duty schedules, and other figures change over time — always verify with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.

Australian Federal Budget 2026-27 awareness: Calculations applied by Investivo reflect tax rule changes announced in the Budget delivered 12 May 2026, including the restriction of negative gearing for established residential property acquired after 7:30pm AEST on 12 May 2026, and the replacement of the 50% CGT discount with cost base indexation and a 30% minimum tax (effective 1 July 2027 for both). New builds and grandfathered properties continue under the prior rules.

These measures are proposed legislation at the time of writing and have not yet been passed by Parliament. The final operation of the rules may differ. Investivo updates its calculation engine when legislation is amended.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Investivo. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Subscriptions & Payment

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST where applicable.

Subscriptions auto-renew. You will receive an email reminder before renewal. To cancel, email support@investivo.co. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

Investivo and all associated content, algorithms, and UI are owned by Investivo Pty Ltd. Your input data remains yours. By using the platform, you grant us a licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this platform is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or pure economic loss, including any loss arising from investment decisions made using Investivo outputs.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Investivo against any loss or claim arising from inaccurate inputs, misuse of projections, or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted, unless required to be kept longer by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
