How accurate are the calculations?
Stamp duty uses the current legislated brackets for all 8 states and territories. Loan calculations use proper month-by-month amortization. CGT uses the correct cost base under ITAA 1997. Negative gearing uses the ATO's taxable income test (not just cash flow). Results are estimates — actual outcomes depend on many factors outside the model.
